Camping (from midday Thursday) is free if arriving on foot, motorbike or pushbike. If you intend to arrive by car, van, camper, etc. then you will need to purchase a vehicle permit.

The festival's main arena will open on Friday afternoon (including food vendors).  So why not bring an acoustic instrument? There may be a session on Thursday night in the communal campsite area!.

The camping fields are large but not absolutely flat everywhere, so the flatest areas have to be reserved for parking, campervans and caravans, that said there are acres of flat space for tents. Unfortunately camping next to cars isn’t possible, but only a short walk will separate the two.

A limited number of peaceful pitches will be available to all modes of camping, but this cannot be pre-booked and will be on a first come first served basis.  Please let the stewards know where you would like to camp and they will be pleased to direct you.

Unfortunately saving or reserving space for friends and family arriving at different times isn’t possible for campervans and caravans as spaces are filled sequentially.

There is a designated accessible camping area for those with mobility needs, this area does need to be pre-booked, please contact us to reserve your pitch and discuss any other ways we might help.

Please ensure all tents and vehicles are off the site by Monday evening. When leaving the site, please be sure you are fit and legal to drive. Pets are not allowed anywhere on site (except registered assistance dogs).

Site Facilities

Toilets will be of the portaloo type and will be professionally cleaned several times a day. Toilets with disabled access will be available in the disabled camping area, main campsite and festival arena. There will also be a limited number of free showers in the camping area, which will be open during daylight hours. Fresh drinking water will be available from standpipes around the perimeter of the campsites.

Bin bags will be provided on arrival by our stewards, please use them to keep the site clean and tidy and where possible take your refuse away with you.
